The Witch's Hat is a beautifully restored Federation style house which opened as a Budget Travellers Hostel in 1997.

Located on a quiet street in Northbridge it has retained all its character and includes polished wooden floorboards in the dorm rooms, while the twin and double rooms are located in a converted bakery at the rear of the building

We provide all our guests with clean linen and hotel quality beds, air conditioning for the summer months and warm quilts for the winter. Other facilities include high speed internet, laundry, TV room, botanical courtyard and fully equiped kitchen with ovens that work, pots with handles and NO hire charges on cutlery and plates!

A relaxed and friendly welcome awaits our guests. Our helpful staff can organise tours and trips, car hire and other activities in and around Perth. We are close to historic Hyde Park and a great leisure centre, but still only minutes walk from the cultural scene and pubs/restaurants of trendy Northbridge.

From the City Busport catch the BlueCat (free city bus service) and get off at Francis St. (Stop #11). From there it's a 5 minutes walk to our hostel.
From the airport there's a shuttle service to our hostel.
From the East Perth station (Adelaide/Melbourne/Sydney trains) it's a 15 minute walk.
