Caters mostly for budget minded domestic and international tourists and promotes a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Longer stays are also common for people on business or in Canberra for study or research.

Rooms are comfortable and clean with heating and fans, and all linen is provided. Bathroom and toilet amenities are shared (down the hallway).

Facilities include guest laundry, ISD phone, Bike Hire, TV room, Internet access, high speed wireless internet, free tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and outside cooking in the garden area. We are a totally non-smoking establishment. Free off-street parking is available. Rooms include single, double, twin, triple and one family combination.

The quietness of a suburban street makes for a relaxed stay with the convenience of a great location.

Conditions:
24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations can only be made up till 9 pm the day prior to arrival. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for 1 night.

Rooms strictly as booked. No extra person available.

- if any of your party is under 18 years of age. Children under 5 years of age are not accommodated.
- You will arrive after 9 pm
