Advance Balance Due Payments:
If the balance due for your booking exceeds $500, we will charge you a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the balance due, at the time we receive your booking.

Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. You will be charged for all booked nights that have not been cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival.

By train:
Catch the train from Platform 24 at Central Station to Kings Cross. Take the Darlinghurst Road exit. Turn left and walk along until you see a water fountain near the traffic lights. Behind the water fountain is the police station. Behind the police station is the Pink House.

From the airport:
When you land at Sydney Airport, simply call Sydney Shuttle Bus Service on 9661 1170 (50c from the public phone) and they will pick you up and bring you straight to the Pink House. Cost is $10 per person.
