We have a non-smoking policy throughout our building, including balconies and courtyard gardens. Smoking is allowed only in the covered driveway area.

Budget Rooms
Contains single bed, double bed, or two single beds, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, hand basin and cable TV. The budget rooms have a communal shower and toilet that is shared between four rooms and is a short distance from each room.

Standard Rooms
Contains a double or two single beds, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, strip heater, telephone, clock radio, cable TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, private shower and toilet.

Studio Apartments
Contains a double and single bed, small fridge, a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, electric fry pan, cooking utensils, etc., air conditioning, strip heater, telephone, clock radio, cable TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, private shower and toilet. Some apartments have a balcony.

Terrace Houses
Two-storey unit with master bedroom, private shower and toilet, walk-in robe, air conditioner and balcony upstairs. Downstairs is a large area opening out onto a courtyard garden. The living area consists of two single beds, table and chairs, ceiling fan, telephone, clock radio, cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with four hotplates, a microwave oven, cooking utensils, etc., iron, ironing board and a laundry tub.

Motel Facilities
Guest laundry, swimming pool, barbecue area, free security parking, photocopying and facsimile services, free-call taxi phone, tour desk and a broadband connection internet kiosk. Free wireless internet connection available in most rooms. Reasonably priced cooked or continental breakfasts are available on site, delivered to your room

Location
Water Street, Spring Hill, is located off Brunswick Street, with the entrance to the motel on the corner of Warry and Water Streets. Roma Street Transit Centre is only a few minutes away for the traveller arriving by coach or train. A door to door service is operated by Coachtrans for guests arriving or departing via the airport. We also have a free-call taxi phone in reception for the use of our guests.
