We are Singapore's best kept secret! Newly open with just 8 private designer rooms, indulge and pamper yourself while traveling on a shoestring! Every piece of furnishing was lovingly put together by us to ensure you a comfortable stay in a groovy environment.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have free access to internet broadband (via a local area network point in the rooms), comes with your own private television set, designer linen, fluffy pillows... the list goes on.

The shared designer bathrooms are always kept sparkling clean, come and experience our powerful showers which falls like warm tropical rain on you, rejuvenating your tired muscles! We have a 100l water heater tank (we have seen 20l-30l ones in a lot of other 100-bed hostels), so you never need to worry about running out of hot water!

Located right beside Kovan MRT station, you are merely minutes away from town and places of interest such as Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road or even Sentosa!

Right at our doorstep are numerous famous local eateries, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and a large variety of shops. Eat your heart out in the food paradise of Singapore right here!

IMPORTANT:
1) As we strive to keep One Florence Close restful for guests, we do not accept children under the age of 10 years old.
2) Our check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is at 12pm. For early check-in or late check-out please email to enquire in advance, as it is subject to availability. However, all guests are always welcomed to leave your luggage with us free of charge should you arrive early or have a late flight!
3) Please note that we only accept payment by cash at the hostel. There is an ATM withdrawal machine right across the road from us if required.
4) Please inform us if there are any changes in your arrival date or cancellation of your booking. Amendments to your check-in/check-out dates should reach us 3 whole days (from midnight) prior to your check-in date. Amendments or cancellations made later than this stated notice period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.

It is very easy for you to come via the MRT. From Changi Airport, transfer to the Northeast Line (purple) at Outram Park and alight at Kovan MRT sation and exit by Exit B. Walk straight and turn left at the second junction, Florence Cl. The ride from the airport costs $2.10/person.

It is also very cheap and convenient to take a taxi here. Just tell the driver that our address is 1 Florence Close (off Upper Serangoon Road). If you are coming from the airport, take the old Tampines Road and drive to Upper Serangoon Road, past Kovan MRT station and turn left at Florence Cl. It is the road right after Simon Road (do not turn into Simon Road), turn left when you see a big red coffeeshop named Ponggol Nasi Lemak. We are the first striped house on your left! =) The trip should cost between S$12 - S$20 depending on traffic conditions.
