We have a large private studio-room with own entrance and en-suite bathroom on quiet location and a sliding door to patio where you can enjoy the garden and a coffee.

The garden is well established and over 1000m2 with fantastic rural views to the mountains. Off street parking or car port available.

The room is equipped to make coffee, tea, heat a snack and keep your drink cool. You have your own microwave, fridge, toaster and water boiler.

The bed is queen size and single.

We are on the Port-Hills.
Great for scenic drives and walks! A gate way for you daytrip to Akaroa on the Banks-Peninsula!

You feel out of the city but it's only 7 km to the heart of Christchurch. Airport is just 13 km and railway station 5 km.

SH 75 (south-west of CHCH) Halswell road, turn into Henderson road, at the end turn right into Cashmere Road. We are at 417 Cashmere Road.

From the city centre take Colombo Street towards the Port Hills. At roundabout turn right into Cashmere Road. We are on 417. Be alert Cashmere road takes a right turn around number 250.
