Situated at the top of Auckland's main street, the Kiwi International Queen Street Hotel and Hostel offers single sex dorm rooms (with en suite bathrooms), and private rooms - single, double or twin - with or without bathrooms.
There are also fully serviced Hotel-style rooms. Set back from the busy road, the Hostel is a haven away from the bustle of the city, and yet in it! There are three floors of rooms with 2 lifts.
Parking is available, and there is a bus stop and a taxi stand at the gate. On site is a Hostel kitchen for self catering. Continental breakfast and bar snacks are available.
The reasonably priced house bar and Common Lounge is a great place for a quiet drink before going out on the town.
Reception is 24 hours, so there's no need to worry about a curfew!
Other facilities include laundries, a games room with a pool table, an internet cafe and a Travel Desk staffed 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Just down Queen Street (Auckland city's main road) from Karangahape Road, the Hostel is down a driveway, behind an apartment block known as "Kiwi on Queen".
