We are well served by immediate bus services that takes our guests right into the heart of the historical city (SMU, Kampong Glam, Bugis, City hall), major shopping belts (Bugis Village, Raffles City, Suntec), convention centres (Expo, Suntec) and club scene (Clarke Quay, MOS, Zouk).

Recommended for budget travel group who want to stay at a Hip and Safe up market neighborhood but at the same time near to the Airport and City centre. We are also within 10 minutes walking distance to cafes, pubs and exotic restaurants that operate round the clock as well as the EAST COAST PARK.

Our Policy:
We admit guests 24 hour a day, 7 days a week including holidays. However we would need the guests to contact us 1 hour before their arrival at our place so that we can ensure a fast check-in process. The Check- In time is at 2pm and (Please note) any early check-in is subject to room availability. We require the guests to notify us if they are going to be late. We require passport with ID for registration purpose. (Please note) The Check-Out time is 12pm daily and there is a penalty for late check outs.

Room Allocation
We understand our guests may travel in group and may wish to stay together. Hence please e-mail us before or after to confirm whether your needs can be arranged so that your plan will not be disrupted.

Package
Our bathroom comes with hot water heater and room comes with bed linen, bath towel and air conditioner. We have installed PC with free internet access and WIFI for all. TV for our guests (ONLY PRIVATE DOUBLE ROOM). We cleaned the hostel everyday.

Simple Rules
We understand that our guests are on a joyful and stress less holiday and we want all our guests to have the same feeling but definitely not on other guests' expense. Hence we have house rules to maintain expectation of certain standard of living and behavior for all guests.
We care for all our guests safety hence we have installed locker (Optional) and instill a strict ?No Outsiders? policy.

Leisure
We are currently starting a small library or reading corner where guests and have a place to sit and read a book.

Singapore heartland
We are currently exploring the possibility of having a Job board. We will keep you informed.

Payment Method for balance
We will be contacting customer for full payment via paypal. Full refund will be given with a 2 days cancellation notice.

From The Airport
Option 1. Take a MRT Train from the Airport Terminal 2 (CG2) Station. Alight at the Bedok (EW5) Station. Walk to the Bus Interchange and board Bus Service 32. Alight at along Frankel Avenue, after the Catlex Petrol (gasoline) Station.

Option 2. Take Bus Service 24 from the Airport Terminal 1 or 2. Tell the Bus Driver that you are alighting at Siglap Plain Bus Stop (Fare Stage #14.5) and transferred to Bus Service 32. Alight at along Frankel Avenue, after the Catlex Petrol (gasoline) Station.

From QUEEN ST BUS STATION
OPTION 3. WALK ALONG ARAB ST, TOWARDS VICTORIA ST (SOUTH EAST DIRECTION). cross the street and embark BUS SERVICE 32. alight at roseburn ave. cross the street and look out for 7-11 store and Caltex station. You will be able to easily locate us.

From Beach Road.
OPTION 4. Walk towards LAVENDER MRT STATION (PLEASE ASK PASSER-BY FOR DIRECTION). cross the street and embark BUS SERVICE 32. alight at roseburn ave. cross the street and look out for 7-11 store and Caltex station. You will be able to easily locate us .
