We are situated in-between the World Heritage rainforest areas of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National Parks and the Great Barrier Reef. This is a unique location for a youth hostel. Our safari style cabins are scattered throughout the dense tropical rainforest so you can feel a part of the environment. Everyone is welcome at Crocodylus village, and will enjoy the warm and friendly staff and atmosphere. Our jungle restaurant provides beautiful home style meals. Being in a remote area, we generate our own electricity and have our own general store. There are miles upon miles of sandy beaches to explore. We offer a wide variety of activities, all run by local people, giving that friendly touch.

We are a 2 hour drive from Cairns, along the scenic Captain Cook Highway, 1.25 hours from Port Douglas, and 20 minutes from the Daintree Ferry.
