Staying in Melbourne for a few weeks?

Although our large Victorian building (circa 1860, renovated 2005) is certified for sixty beds, we provide for only 30 over ten bedrooms for the residents comfort.

At our homely hostel you will find no bars, no nightly competitions, no activities that will cost you extra... however, there exists over one hundred local pubs, bars, clubs & cafes within staggering distance of our front door.

Each room is individually furnished and complete with a fridge, TV, lockers, all linen and we can provide many different room configurations depending on your needs.

We have clean bathrooms, balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a lounge with cable TV, courtyard with BBQ and internet facilities.

From the Tullarmarine Airport the cheapest way is to catch the Skybus direct to the city.
From Bourke St catch the Number 86 tram to and along Smith Street and get off at Johnston Street, then go east down the hill (do not go west into Fitzroy - the numbers start again in Johnston St Fitzroy and you will get confused) walk for two blocks downhill and you will find us between Wellington & Hoddle Streets.
