Example: if your arrival time at hostel is 2 am on 28 Sep, book for 27 Sep and not for 28 Sep.

4. The single, twin/double, triple and quad private rooms are strictly for 1, 2, 3 and 4 persons' occupancy per room respectively - extra person will be charged accordingly.

5. Minimum age requirement is 18 for all our guests, and must be foreign passport holders. No children Allowed.

Bugis Backpackers is a new hostel located in the heart of Bugis Village in central Singapore, a bustling hub of Straits-Chinese shop-houses delightfully restored to reflect its old-world charm. Immerse in the vibrancy and festive atmosphere of the ?pasar malam (street bazaar) as you throng through the stalls selling clothing, souvenirs, local delicacies, fruits and more.

Take a step out of the hostel and Arab Street and Little India await you with exotic curios for antique hunters.

Truly and factually the most convenient hostel in Singapore, it is only a 2-min walk (50 meters) from Bugis MRT Station. Some of the nearby facilities and attractions within walking distance from the hostel:

* Little India - 0.63 km

* Raffles Hotel (home of the Singapore Sling cocktail) - 0.64 km or 5 min walk from hostel

* Sentosa beach resort - 5 train stops from the hostel, takes about 15 minutes

* World-famous IT & Electronics shopping mall in 6-storey building, SIM LIM SQUARE - 400 meters

* Kampong Glam, conserved historical Malay/Arab District, Sultan Mosque - 300 meters

* Singapore Art Museum - 600 meters

* Merlion Park, Esplanade Theaters on the Bay - 0.93 km or take bus 960, bus-stop 120 meters from hostel

* Lavender Street Bus Terminal (Melaka, Mersing, Kuala Lumpur) - Take Bus 133 or 61, bus-stop 50 meters from hostel

* Singapore Railway Station - Take Bus 80, stops 50 meters from hostel

* Golden Mile Complex (long distance buses to Malaysia & Thailand) - 0.94 km

* Suntec City Convention & Exhibition Halls and shopping centre - 640 meters or take bus 133, bus-stop 120 meters from the hostel

* CHIJMES (pubs & restaurants in a conserved convent) - less than 5 min walk

* Raffles Place, Central Business District - 2 train stops away

* Singapore Cruise Centre @ HarbourFront (ferries to Pulau Batam, Indonesia) - 5 train stops from Bugis MRT Station, takes about 15 minutes

I found everything I needed in the neighborhood and the MRT station was near, if I wanted to get around in the city. And the hostel itself is so clean, safe and nice designed, with its beautiful living room, that for me it?s the only place in Singapore to stay.

7. Cancellation must be received by us in writing through email, at least 48 hours prior to date of supposed arrival, by latest 00:00 Singapore Time.


FROM CHANGI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
- Take the MRT to Tanah Merah Station and transfer to the East West Line heading towards Boon Lay Station.
- Alight at Bugis MRT Station (EW12). Locate Exit "A" and turn right at the end of escalator, and walk towards the traffic lights on Rochor Road which is directly opposite KFC and Bugis Village.
- Cross the road at the traffic lights on Rochor Road - the hostel is just 2 shops away from KFC, between "Sin Tat Toys" and "Bossini", on the third level.

FROM SINGAPORE TANJONG PAGAR RAILWAY STATION
- Take SBS Bus No. 80 and alight at "Opp Bugis Junction" bus stop on Victoria Street.

FROM QUEEN STREET (or BAN SAN) BUS TERMINAL (Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur buses)
- Walk along Queen Street towards Rochor Road - when you see McDonald's, you are within Bugis Village.

FROM LAVENDER STREET BUS TERMINAL (Melaka, Mersing, Kuala Lumpur buses)
- Take SBS Bus No. 133 from "Hock Seng Building" bus- stop on Lavender Street.
- Alight at "Bugis Junction" bus-stop on Victoria Street.

FROM GOLDEN MILE COMPLEX (Malaysia & Thailand buses)
- Take SMRT Bus No. 980 in front of "Sultan Plaza" bus stop on Jalan Sultan.
- Alight "Opp Bugis Junction" bus stop on Victoria Street.

FROM SINGAPORE CRUISE CENTRE (Pulau Batam, Indonesia ferries)
- Take MRT from Harbour Front Station and transfer at Outram Park Station for the East-West train heading towards Changi Airport.
- Get off at Bugis MRT Station. Follow as per directions from Changi International Airport
