BANN KUN PRA (BANN = HOUSE , KUN PRA = LORD). Originally built in the Reign of King Rama 6th which is nearly hundred years ago. The times passed by made the changes to everything including the culture and lifestyle of Thai people. But in here ?Bann Kun Pra? , the treasured old home that rich in history and conveying a powerful sense of what life was like in a nearly vanished era, will offer you a tranquility and warm hospitality as the real Thai style in the old days.

As our guest, not only for the beguiling and invigorating you will find from here, you will become a part who can preserve Thailand?s remaining architectural treasures which rear to find.

Our location is so convenience to major transportation: train (just across the river by ferry) and bus station, and also close to world?s heritage historical park. The house consists of three building: river side building, front building and retro style building. We offer you 15 guestrooms with different characteristic in each room.

The river side building locates the restaurant on down stair. Five unique and antique decorated guest rooms are up-stair. It has the balcony faces to the river for your leisure time, we have 3 rooms (room # 1, 3, 4) with the river view (room # 3 also has its own balcony for river view) and the Queen sized bed. Room#2 has double queen size bed. They are all cost 670 Baht per night. The room#5 with inner court view is cost 560 Baht. The dormitory is located on the upper floor of the center of the house with 4 single beds and each own lockers (300 Baht/bed/night).

For the front house which located by the main street, we have 4 bedrooms. The rooms are traditional Thai style: sleep in insect screen curtain. One single-bed room is cost 350 Baht/night. Three double rooms with queen size bed are cost 450 Baht/night.

River side and front building are electric fan bedrooms and shared bath rooms (4 rooms).

The retro style building is also located closed to the main road has 5 bedrooms with owned private bathroom. Two queen size bedrooms located down stair have their own private garden (450 Baht/night). The other two queen size bedrooms are on up stair (450 Baht/night). The biggest room with twin beds is an air condition also on the up stair (900 Baht/night).

Our house open from 8:00 AM till 10.00 PM for the safty of our guests.

By Train: Take off Ayuttaya station and use ferry to Ayuttaya island. Turn left on the main road and walk around 100 m. The house is only 10 m. away from gas station.
By Bus: Get yourself to Jao Phrom market on U Thong Rd. Turn right, and walk around 150 m.(the river will be your left hand side).
