Hostel Description
Our villa is just 15 mins from Angkor wat temple, east bank of the Siem Reap river, next to the Wat Po Lanka Pagoda. We are not in the market but not so far from the old market.
It takes around 10mins walk.
We are a very small budget accommodation and we are located in a fantastic destination. Very quiet and a lot of greens. This is the perfect place to relax.
All room are non smoking rooms, but if you smoke, you can use the smoking area.
All of the en-suite rooms have A/C and Hot water with a big window.
The dorm rooms (without an en-suite) are private rooms but share bath and toilet.
In front of the villa we have small restaurant. You can try real Cambodian food and western food here with relaxed atmosphere.
Especially, You can try our real Cambodian coffee! Many guests recommended it!
At the front desk, we have travel office where you can ask everything about your trip in Cambodia.
We also have the cheapest transport to angkor temples!
We offer free pick up service from the airport or any station in Siem Reap please contact us.

Our aims are becoming the ECO-Villa.
In Cambodia, some of the Local and the Foreigners cut the trees for their business. They threw the rubbish into the river because of the lack of environmental education.
We have to care not only about the Angkor temples but also the environments of Cambodia.
We try to make sure that bad things for the environment are not being done in our hostel.
?13th Villa does not clean the rooms everyday. If we cleaned the rooms everyday, we have to use the a lot of products for cleaning and the waste goes into the river...
If you need your room cleaned or your towel changed, please ask the staff, we are happy to help you.
?We do not offer any amenities like toothbrush and shampoo. Please travel with your own toothbrush and shampoo. If you do not have, we sell some amenities at restaurant.
?We use the handmade soap to wash the laundry and bed sheets etc..
?13th villa, we care about the health of our guests and so we sell only health food.
We grow the vegetables ourselves and use them at 13th Villa restaurant.
Vegetarian guests welcome! 13th Villa vegetables are organic
13thVilla offer the real Cambodian coffee at the restaurant.
All of the staff working at 13th villa came from countryside. They are working for their family. They are working for their experience. Everyday, 13th villa let them study the language (English, Japanese, Thai etc..) and business at villa.
20% profit of the 13th villa resturant goes to the thoese staff and their family.
